    This is surprisingly good for the price. I was expecting something as accurate as about a rough guess but on measuring a check piece from an expensive micrometer set it consistently came up within one thousandth of an inch of the correct measure 2 inches. For a caliper measurement this is brilliant. It also gives a very consistent measure in millimeters. Display is easy to read and can change between inches and millimeters without re-measuring. Im real happy with it so buy one.. even if you dont need it.
